How do I look after my bamboo cloths?
Our Bamboo Cleansing Cloths are very soft and effective, perfect for daily use with our 3 in 1 Balm Cleanser. Biodegradable and sustainable so you can use them time and time again! To make the most out of your cleansing cloths and keep them in the best condition, follow our wash instructions:
Machine Wash:
We recommend washing our cloths before first using them.
1) Pre-treatment (if needed)
Rub a small amount of detergent or gentle soap directly on any stubborn stains.
2) Use a mild detergent and set your washing machine to a delicate cycle. Avoid hot water and wash at 30c, this temperate helps maintain the cloths’ quality and doesn’t irritate the delicate fibers.
- Avoid using bleach, fabric softeners to keep your cloths soft and safe for your skin.
-Wash dark colours separately to avoid colour transfer.
3) Drying:
For best results, airdry your cloths in a well-ventilated area. If tumble drying, use a low heat setting to prevent damage.
Hand washing:
1) Fill your sink with lukewarm water
2) Use a small amount of mild detergent or gentle soap in the water.
3) Submerge cloths and gently rub the cloths focusing on any stains. Avoid soaking the cloths
4) Rinse well
Rinse thoroughly under lukewarm water to make sure all detergent/soap is washed out.
5) Remove excess water
Gentle place the cloths between your hands and press to remove any excess water, but avoid wringing as this can damage the fibres.
6) Lay cloths flat or hang them up in a well-ventilated area to dry. Out of direct sunlight to maintain their softness and quality.
